Fitness Update

I just wanted to let you all know, that you still have time to join me in the actually Challenge if you want. I'll be officially starting this coming Monday. You don't have to compete with others if you don't want to, you could just compete with yourself. In fact, that's pretty much what I'm doing. The Rules state that you must use at least one EAS supplement product during your 12-weeks to qualify for a prize. Well, at this point I can't exactly afford any of those products. Gaining my health back is the best prize anyway!
